Pet Loss

I am the Mental Health Consultant for H2Oasis Float Center. I partner with them to create supportive policies and educational information for people who have anxiety and might need help as they add floating into their self care routine. Floating has been shown to help decrease anxiety and depression and have an amazing impact on overall well being.

Floating is a way to achieve sensory deprivation in order for your body to relax and reset.  H2Oasis Float Center has state of the art float tanks and luxurious facilities that make floating fun and easy. For more information about the benefits of floating click the link below.

OETA recently did a story on Float Therapy and its benefits.

CBS This Morning highlighted Float Therapy on a recent episode.
